RuneDate does not produce, create or host visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257. Material on this site consists of written member discussion, editorial text and member profile images. Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of §2257 do not apply to this site.

Age verification

Every member must confirm they are 18 or over before creating a profile, and our terms of use require it. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed permanently and immediately.

Third-party content

Where RuneDate links to external platforms, those operators are responsible for their own §2257 compliance and record keeping. We are not the producer of any content hosted on them.
